Our cooperation starts the month which your account was opened. First month of the semester is the month that follows.
No. You are going to be notified about your next year’s obligations during June, after we subtract the ‘’free’’ months period. Your payment is due on the end of the ‘’free’’ semester.
HellenicPROM commits to remind you at the end of your subscription 30 & 10 days before its ending. This will take place every June because every annual subscription ends in 30/6.

The data volume to be edited is huge in case of “special” buildings. In such case, we are going to make you an offer, and if it is accepted, we will start providing you with our services.

Yes. By uploading your property in Filebank , you have access to them everywhere and always. In the above case, you can go to a copy shop, where you can download your documents, print them and complete your job. Alternatively, you can call us and we can send them by fax (only A4 files).
