I believe that a Filebank account would be very useful for me but I’m concerned about the safety of my files. Who has access to them?

Your files will be available only to you and the person who is in charge of archiving in Filebank. However, it should be made clear that anyone to whom you will give the safety codes of your account, will be able to see them. We are obliged to inform you that you must not give these codes to anyone else. If you want to send a file, you can simply download it and send it. Of course, we provide any help.
