I have a Filebank account and I have prepaid the upload cost of my property. If I am not able to provide you immediately with my files, how much time do I have to send them to you?

You have 6 months after your sign-up in Filebank service to collect your data. After the ending of these 6 months, there is an annual subscription with different pricing policy, during which you can send any file that you desire to be uploaded.
